This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Quirk Team (“Quirk,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) that governs your access to and use of the Quirk mobile application, software, services, and associated content (collectively, the “Service”).
By downloading, installing, accessing, or otherwise using any component of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.
1. Legal Capacity
To be eligible to use the Service, you must possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable laws. Individuals under the legal age of majority may only use the Service with the consent and under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Restrictions on Use
You shall not:
a) Modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Service;
b) Distribute malicious code, spam, or other harmful content;
c) Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
d) Violate any applicable law or third-party right;
e) Use automated systems (e.g., bots, scrapers) without express authorization.
1. Ownership Rights
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including but not limited to all content, software, trademarks, and design elements, are and shall remain the exclusive property of Quirk Team and/or its licensors.
2. User-Generated Content
By submitting or posting any content through the Service, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display such content solely in connection with the operation, improvement, or promotion of the Service.
3. Content Monitoring
While we are not obligated to monitor user content, we reserve the right to review and remove any content at our sole discretion, particularly if it violates this Agreement or applicable law.

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, process, store, and share your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described therein.

Although we implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data, you acknowledge that no security system is completely immune to risk.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quirk Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to revise this Agreement at any time. Changes shall become effective upon posting the updated version via the Service or our website. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance.

We may at any time modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service, temporarily or permanently, without prior notice or liability.
1. Termination by User
You may terminate this Agreement by ceasing all use of the Service and deleting your account, if applicable.
2. Termination by Quirk Team
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without notice, if we determine that you have violated any provision of this Agreement or engaged in conduct that could harm the Service, its users, or our reputation.
1. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Quirk Team is legally domiciled, without regard to conflict of law principles.
2. Dispute Resolution Mechanism
Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal discussions. Failing such resolution, the dispute shall be submitted to final and binding arbitration under the applicable rules of a recognized arbitration body.
